A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to hold your spot. The cost for the weekend stay that INCLUDES Thur is $175 includes tax (per person)

4 person minimum to book a retreat and 7 to have a day crop. Please contact me to confirm your reservation and to make payment arrangements. Checks are accepted and I ask that you mail the deposit to 7110 FM 1830  Argyle, Tx 76226.  IF your group has 6 or more guests, please send the deposit to your host/group organizer, and then I ask that it be mailed to me as one payment or paid via Venmo by the host/group organizer. Must cancel ATLEAST 60 days in advance or you will still be required to pay for remaining balance. If you are interested in a private retreat, call for details. For bookings of 9 ladies (full retreat weekend), the cost for the hostess is now $150.(instead of $175)

 

IF balance is not recieved 30 days before the retreat date, your reservation may be cancelled. 

Storm / Road Conditions - No refunds will be given due to storms or road conditions.​

 

Check in is anytime starting at 3pm on Thurs and check out is no later than 3pm on Sun

Room choices are free to choose upstairs if your group has the whole place. We ask that the downstairs is reserved for anyone who has trouble making the stairs.

Several snack choices, water, coffee, and towels/washcloths provided. There are places to pick up or have food delivered and a list with distance information is provided on site.

Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it, before leaving at the end of your stay.

We are not liable for loss or damages outside of the control of Scrappy's Retreat (ex-theft, loss off power, service interruptions with cable or internet)

Children 16 and under MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minimum age of 10.

Please note and follow the parking restrictions in front of the retreat after unloading.
